Web Application Security - Tools, Techniques, Tips and Tricks

Web applications are everywhere. We're literally surrounded by them. We will
take a step back and take a look at the big picture of the web application
security landscape and discuss some of the Open Source tools that can
greatly assist developers and testers. I will also cover the OWASP project
and the resources they offer. The target audience is anyone interested in
web application security.

Chris Burgess has over 10 years experience in Information Technology and currently works as a System Administrator for a not-for-profit organization in Melbourne, Australia. He also works as a freelance Red Hat Certified Engineer on a broad range of UNIX and Windows systems. Chris is also the Victorian President of the System Administrators Guild of Australia.
